Deborah Sampson Gannett Dinner.

In commemoration of the successful lecturing tour under­taken in 1802, by Deborah Sampson Gannett, of Sharon , Massa­chusetts , the veteran Continental woman soldier, a Banquet by W. K. Howe, Caterer, will be served in the Sharon Town Hall , on Thursday Evening, April 3, 1902 , accompanied with instru­mental music and appropriate after-dinner addresses.

Reception at 6.30; Dinner at 7 o'clock .

Tickets, $1.50 Each.

       Trains from Boston , South Station, arrive in Sharon at 12.59, 2.59, 4.59, 5.21, (express), 5.59, 6.21, (express), 6.59, and 7.21,

(express) P. m. Distance 18 miles. The trip occupies 27 minutes by express train, and 44 minutes by accommodation train.

 

      Trains leave Sharon for Boston at 9.01 and 11.01 p. m. Morning trains leave Sharon for Boston at 6.14, 7.08, 7.52 (express), 8.02,  

8.40 (express), 9.02 and 11.02.

 

     Sharon electric cars run two miles to "Cobb's Tavern," there connecting with electrics for Canton and Norwood, or for

Stoughton. At Stoughton , connection is made with Brockton electrics.

 

Visitors to Sharon may choose |p take further time and visit the home and the grave of Deborah Sampson Gannett. Accommodations

  can be secured by writing to the Sharon House or Glendale House.
